We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Due to the nature of crystal products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.


2. Replacement Policy (Transit Damage Only)

We offer replacement only in cases where the product is damaged during shipping.

Conditions:

  • Must report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Must provide clear photos and unboxing video
  • Product must be unused
  • Subject to stock availability

If the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be provided.

are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Replacement will not be approved for:

  • Damage after delivery
